Mission

To provide community support and to enrich the lives of the people of South Texas through programming that amplifies Christian values. KHOY programs focus on the interests and concerns of its listeners and provide them with information, education, inspiration, and a sense of peace and hope.

We are delighted to welcome Mr. Richard Noriega​ to our KHOY Team! After much prayerful discernment and consideration, God led our radio ministry to a good friend who has long served Laredo and surrounding communities. We couldn’t be more ecstatic that Richard is the one God has called to be our new Morning Show Host! Enjoy our on-air morning program with Richard, Monday-Friday, from 6:30 am-9 am. Financially support non-commercial KHOY!

The Federal Communications Commission licenses KHOY to Laredo Catholic Communications Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation, as a non-commercial educational FM broadcast station to serve the community of Laredo and surrounding areas.

KHOY receives financial support from the Catholic Diocese of Laredo through an annual grant. In addition, a large portion of the monthly operating expense is funded by the support of committed KHOY underwriters and donations from listeners across South Texas. Your generous support for non-commercial, non-profit KHOY is greatly appreciated.
