The Federal Communications Commission licenses KHOY to Laredo Catholic Communications Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation, as a non-commercial educational FM broadcast station to serve the community of Laredo and surrounding areas.
KHOY receives financial support from the Catholic Diocese of Laredo through an annual grant. In addition, a large portion of the monthly operating expense is funded by the support of committed KHOY underwriters and donations from listeners across South Texas.
